What do I need to know about fit?
- Melluso uses Italian shoe sizing with an American conversion size chart that is available to reference for every shoe. Please refer to our shoe size guides for the correct size conversion.
- Our team extensively wear-tests every pair to ensure comfort and to provide real feedback on fit. Fit is also a matter of preference. If you have any questions or are in-between sizes, please feel free to email us at Info@Mellusousa.com

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, and Melluso USA eGift Cards as payment.

What is the shipping policy?
Melluso offers free standard shipping in U.S. For Canada and Mexico standard shipping is $15.

STANDARD: Arrives in 3-6 business days. FREE
EXPEDITED: Arrives in 2 business days (Saturday Delivery Excluded). $20
NEXT DAY: For orders placed before 2 PM EST, your order will arrive in 1 business day (Saturday Delivery Excluded). $45
Canada and Mexico
STANDARD: Arrives in 3-6 business days. Cost: $15
How do I return an item?
Returns are complimentary for eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of the item being delivered. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Shoes must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with box and all original stuffing received in the received package. If you have any questions about the condition of your return, please email Info@mellusousa.com. If you receive a shoe with quality imperfections, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the shoes.
How can I cancel my order?
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double check your shipping address prior to placing your order, as this cannot be updated after an order is placed.
When can I expect my refund?
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our facility and to process your refund.
After your item is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account. Note: Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
